Experience four different workouts in a new order – for example: Day 1 strength training, Day 2 HIIT, Day 3 abs & glutes, Day 4 yoga or Pilates. At the start of the challenge, we’ll look together at which types of exercise you haven’t tried yet but would like to, and select the right workouts for you.

Discover 4 varied workouts, give your body 3 targeted rest days, and finish the week full of energy and strength – so you feel unstoppable and motivated to keep going.

Día 1

📋 Choose Workout 1, for example 45 minutes of strength training or 20 minutes of HIIT, and complete it. Feel your energy awaken and enjoy the start of your unstoppable fitness week. We provide the motivation so you can give 100% in every session.

Día 2

🧘‍♀️ Treat yourself to your first rest day: do some light stretching and mobility exercises — we’ll show you our favorite move. Nourish your body with plenty of fluids and wholesome foods like fruits, vegetables, and proteins. This will optimally support your recovery.

Día 3

🔥 Try Workout 2 today — with a new focus and fresh exercises. Whether it’s HIIT, abs, glutes, or back training, mobility, Pilates, or cardio: challenge yourself with new movements and discover how much strength you truly have.
