📊 Time and energy check: Analyze how you spend your workday. What drains your energy the most? What costs you the most time? What is unnecessary? Write down your three biggest energy drains – there’s huge potential for improvement here.

Day 2

📢 Define your non-negotiable boundaries: Set clear rules for yourself – for example, no emails after 6 PM or a real lunch break of at least 30–45 minutes to have more energy in the afternoon. Choose 1–2 initial boundaries and write them down. You’ll quickly notice the difference your new boundaries can make.

Day 3

🙅‍♀️ Communicate a clear boundary today: Share with your team or a colleague which boundary is important to you. Your manager can be informed strategically later. This helps you protect your inner peace through clear and transparent communication.
