Day 1

💭 Find Your “Why” – Write down why you want to get fit again. Tap into your true feelings—what really drives you? Do you want to feel good in your body again? Have more energy throughout the day? Feel stronger? Writing it down gives you your inner motivation for the days when your drive is low.

Day 2

🚶 Move Gently & Feel Your Mood – Take a 15-minute walk, do some easy stretches, or play your favorite song and dance along. No pressure—the main thing is to get moving. Also, start thinking about your “comeback workout” for tomorrow: gym, yoga, Pilates, a jog… choose something that feels easiest for your first workout!

Day 3

🏋️ First Step – Do your first workout today. Just getting started counts! Pick a beginner-friendly routine using bodyweight or weights—whether on YouTube, at the gym, or at home. Choose the workout that matches your current mood and what you feel like doing most. Today, we get moving!
